How to clean joints - effective recipes and methods
1. Potato broth
Take one kilogram of fresh potatoes, rinse it under running warm water (without peeling) and cut into small pieces. Pour the chopped tubers into the pan and fill it with purified water (water should slightly cover the potatoes). Now put the pan on low heat and cook for about two hours. The finished broth must be filtered through a fine sieve or several layers of gauze. Use a decoction three times a day in one glass for two to three weeks. If necessary, the time of one course is extended for another month.
2. Black radish
Take fresh juice from this root three times a day, two teaspoons. Juice preparation: it is necessary to twist a little radish through a meat grinder, and then squeeze the resulting juice out of the pulp using gauze or a sieve. To undergo one course of treatment, you need to purchase ten kilograms of radish. Remember that you do not need to clean root vegetables - rinse them thoroughly enough.
3. Rice
To clean the joints, we need about two kilograms of rice. It is recommended to purchase rice in the store with elongated, unbleached grains with a yellowish tinge. In the evening we take one glass of rice, sort it out, wash it and soak it in purified water for the night. In the morning, rice should be washed, pour two glasses of purified water and cook over medium heat until cooked (grains should be boiled).
We rinse the cereal and divide the whole rice into four equal portions. Eat all servings of porridge in one day, chewing slowly. It is recommended to start rice peeling with the morning use of one glass of broth from rose hips. On the first day of cleaning, in addition to a glass of this drink, it is forbidden to take liquid!
Half an hour before each use of rice (in the following days), you need to drink one glass of boiled or purified water. The duration of the course is one month, according to the scheme: two days of purification - three days break. After one course, it is recommended to take a monthly break, and then conduct another cleansing course.
4. Regular prevention
To prevent joint diseases, eat only fresh fruits and vegetables. In addition, at least once a week, eat home-made cottage cheese and sea fish.
