The sciatic nerve is the largest nerve in the body extending down the lower edge of the maximus maximal muscle along the back of the thigh and reaches the toes.
Over time, there are problems in the sciatic nerve.
Symptoms are numbness and acute pain, as well:
- Difficulties with movements.
Burning in the legs.
- Difficulties in performing daily activities: walking, sitting and standing.

To remedy this problem, perform the following exercises:
Exercise 1
The surface that is recommended for carpeting should be fully flat.
Lie on your back, bend your legs and pull them as shown in the figure.
Once you feel stressed, stay in this position for 30 seconds, then return to the starting position.
Relax and take two other approaches.
Exercise 2
Just as in the previous exercise, lie down on the ground, and stretch your leg now and bend the other. Without removing the pelvis from the ground, drag the knee to the chest, as shown in Fig.
When you feel the pressure, hold the position for 30 seconds, then return to the starting position. Make 2 more approaches.
