How to effectively get rid of puffiness?
The first way.
If swelling of the legs is associated with sedentary work, then use the following exercise. Sitting on a chair, alternately press each heel to the floor surface and pull the sock up, after which you need to do the opposite (press the sock and stretch the heel). The second way.
In order to get rid of swelling of the legs, you should prepare a home remedy according to the following recipe. Pour a full glass of boiling water from purified water to one teaspoon of dry ground astragalus grass. Cover the container with the mixture with a lid and put it in a warm place for fifteen minutes, then strain the resulting liquid through a gauze cloth folded in two or three layers. The finished infusion is taken in a quarter cup three to four times a day for two months.
The third way.
One part of turpentine and two parts of castor oil heated in a water bath must be thoroughly mixed until homogeneous. Now apply the resulting mixture to the calves and feet with a thin even layer and rub (at least five to seven minutes), then warm the legs and lie under the covers. At the end of the procedure, rinse your feet with cool running water. In an hour, the edema will pass.
The fourth way.
You can also use the bath to relieve puffiness. To carry out this procedure, it is necessary to brew two to three large (tablespoons) dried flowers of medicinal chamomile with a liter of boiling water, then put the saucepan with the mixture on a slow fire for three to five minutes, then mix with two liters of hot water and place the legs there until it is full cooling. Instead of chamomile, you can use sea salt (three to four tablespoons per two liters of water).
The fifth way.
Mix in equal proportions dried birch buds, knotweed and horsetail. Now grind the collection in a coffee grinder and brew one teaspoon of the finished raw materials with a glass of boiling water. After half an hour, strain the infusion and consume it in a tablespoon three times a day after meals. Duration of the course: from one to two months.
