WE KILL OUR kidneys ourselves!
The kidneys are a paired organ, which is considered one of the most important in the human body. This organic filter fell upon a difficult task — the purification of blood from all kinds of toxins, germs, and infections. The kidneys also regulate the water-salt balance in the body, blood pressure and the production of red blood cells. The list goes on and on, but let us dwell on how we, unfortunately, underestimate the work of this body ...
Most of us are familiar with these habits, but we don’t even think about their dangers. Let's end them in order to protect our kidneys and ourselves from disease. After all, as they say: "A man is healthy only if his kidneys are healthy."
Ways to Kill Your Kidneys
1.Alcohol and smoking
It has long been proven many times that smoking and drinking adversely affect health. Bad habits worsen the work of the kidneys, because they are unable to cope with a large amount of toxic substances received in the body. It is only in the movies that everyone smokes and drinks beautifully, but in reality they slowly kill themselves. Think about it the moment you get another cigarette or a bottle of beer ...
2. Lack of sleep
The fact is that at night the kidney tissue is updated. If you constantly get enough sleep, this process does not go completely, which can soon lead to disruption of the organ. Forget about the ridiculous phrase: "Sleep for wimps!".
3. The consumption of caffeine in large quantities
So that’s why you can’t sleep ... Caffeine, which is found in coffee and various non-alcoholic drinks, in large quantities is harmful to the whole body, and especially to the kidneys. It has strong diuretic properties, dehydrates the body and makes the kidneys idle, which creates an extra load on them.
4.Passive lifestyle
Often, especially with sedentary work, stagnation occurs in the kidneys. To restore proper blood circulation, do a little warm-up or gymnastics every hour. Regular exercise will prevent kidney stones.
5. Vitamin B6 deficiency
In order for the kidneys to function perfectly, you need to consume an average of 1.3 ml of vitamin B6 daily. It is found in poultry, fish, potatoes and many fruits other than citrus fruits.
6. Untimely emptying of the bladder
Continuous urinary retention in the bladder can lead to kidney failure and incontinence. Therefore, remember the rule: "As soon as - so right away ..."!
7. Excess Sodium
The main source of sodium for humans is salt. But if you abuse it, then your kidneys, as the main regulator of water-salt metabolism, may not be able to cope with their work. The daily salt norm for an adult is up to 5-6 grams. The advice is: do not add food - you will quickly get used to it and you will feel its taste better.
8. Rare diets
Diets that burn fat from the body essentially expose the kidneys and deprive them of protection. As a result, they receive a double blow: on the one hand, they filter blood with a disturbed balance, and on the other, they don’t even receive useful substances.
9. Excess Protein
Protein is not able to accumulate in the body, like fats. Therefore, all excess protein and its breakdown products also increase the burden on the kidneys. If the kidneys cannot cope with the excretion of these metabolic products, then stones can form in them.
10. Inadequate water intake
For the kidneys to function properly, like all organs, you need to drink enough water. Water literally flushes all the bad things out of the body!
Kidney health in your hands! Get rid of these bad habits, and you will feel much better.
